Overview
This document shows how to install the Mobility Print Chrome extension or the Mobility Print client. Which you use will depend on what you need.
Before beginning, make sure you’re on the “GHSD-BYOD” wireless network; “GHSD-Guest” does not have access to printing.
Mobility Print Chrome Extension
If you are printing from a Chrome browser, you can install the Mobility Print Extension, which works with all the printers in the division.
- Go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mobility-print/alhngdkjgnedakdlnamimgfihgkmenbh
- Install the extension by clicking the “Add to Chrome” button, and following the prompts.
- Open the extension and sign in using your GHSD credentials.
- Now you’re ready to print! (When choosing a printer, make sure to choose one with the Mobility Print logo beside it!).
Mobility Print Client
- Download the Mobility Print client from: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1clLL-FeJk8120GpdDo98alHlrD2NVpPp
- Run the installation.
- Choose the printers where you want to print. Note: You are only able to install printers for one location, period. You can use the “Follow You” queue if you want to print at other locations. This is a limitation of the software in our environment, so make sure you’re at your primary location prior to installing printers.
- Next, enter your network username (firstname.lastname) and GHSD password.
- Finish the installation.
